Document Description
A Minor Use Permit to construct a wireless telecommunication facility that includes a 105-foot tall monopole tower, four proposed antenna sectors (2 per sector) mounted at the 90-ft. elevation. There are four RRH units that will be mounted behind the antennas with two proposed surge protectors mounted on the proposed monopine. Also proposed is either a prefabricated equipment shelter (11'6" x 16'10.5") or outdoor equipment, and a 30kw standby diesel generator (132 gallon fuel tank). The facility will be situated within a 50-ft. x 50-ft. (2,500 sf) lease area that will surrounded with a 6-ft tall chain link fence with barbed wire. Access to the facility will be provided by an existing Sierra Pacific road.
