Document Description
Evaluation of four Wastewater Treatment Plant alternatives at two separate locations to improve the District's capability to treat wastewater within JSD's service boundary. Alts 1 & 2 are located at the existing WWTP and would include either secondary or tertiary treatment. Alts 3 & 4 are located at a JSD-owned site in Quartz adjacent to the Tuolumne Utilities District Quartz (treated effluent) Reservoir and would include secondary and tertiary treatment.
