Alternatives #3 and 4 JSD's vacant Quartz property (63 acres) adjacent to Tuolumne Utilities District's Quartz Reservoir in Stent /Quartz would provide either 70% secondary and 30% tertiary (Alt 3) or 100% tertiary (Alt 4) treatment at a new facility. Tertiary treated effluent would be available for on site pick up and off site use. Alts 3 and 4 include relocating the Main St administration offices to the Quartz Site.
