Document Description
Request to rezone a 9 +/- acre parcel from A-2-10 to Planned Development and to subdivide the property into five parcels. The project proposes to construct a 30,241 sq. ft. commercial building for an auto dealership during Phase 1 and a 16,009 sq. ft. commercial building during phase 2.
