Document Description
Proposed retail center consisting of 43,206 sf of general retail and business service uses arranged in four buildings with on-site parking, pedestrian connections, and preservation and utilization of on-site natural resources. The site is located in the Northeast quadrant of the City of Santa Rosa, northwest of the signalized intersection of Sonoma Highway (State Highway 12) and Calistoga Road. The site is of gentle slope in a south to north direction, and relatively flat from east to west. The site is moderately vegetated. Austin Creek forms from the property's northern boundary. A drainage swale, crossing the site from east to west is considered jurisdictional wetland by the Army Corps of Engineers.
