The proposed project is comprised of the following five components: 27.5-acre active senior single-family residential component (202 lots); 13.5-acre commercial/professional office component; 7.1-acre senior apartment component (96 units); 8.0-acre assisted living and Alzheimer's facility; and 15.9-acre natural open space component and a 4.4-acre drainage pond. In addition, all necessary circulation and utilities improvements are proposed.
