Document Description
To construct an ~100,000 sf state-of-the-art meat processing facility on an ~10.3 acre parcel located at 307 Dianne Drive. The facility will focus on transparency, safe and wholesome meat production for wholesale and retail markets, and the humane handling/processing of livestock. The existing residence on the property will remain. The facility will operate from 5 a.m . to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Deliveries will occur 24 hours a day. Live animals will be housed in an ~17,700 sf covered and enclosed pen, with curtains and ventilated upper half that can be opened when it is hot for ventilation and closed in cold weather to retain heat.
