Document Description
Project consists of a Phased Tentative Tract Map to subdivide approx. 236 gross acres into 184 single family lots each with a minimum lot size of one (1) gross acre, with two additional "Not a Part" lots for an existing private residence (Casa Blanca Ranch). A lot line adjustment has been approved for current "Not a Part" lot configuration. The Project is intended to be constructed as a lot sales project, with individual lots to be sold to future builders.
