Document Description
The County of Orange is proposing to acquire and convert and the existing industrial/manufacturing building to a Year Round Emergency Shelter Program, including the provision of emergency temporary shelter and a multi-service center. The proposed facility is designed to provide safe shelter, basic needs, and access to support to move individuals and families out of homelessness and into permanent housing opportunities. The two components of the project include an emergency temporary shelter and a multi-service center.
