The Groundwater Contaminant Remedial Action Plan (RAP) has been prepared for the project site to address halogenated volatile organic compounds (HVOC) plumes at the site. The RAP proposes remedial action through enhanced reductive dechlorination (ERD) to address the remaining source area mass reduction in the aquifer underlying the site. The program for remediation on the site involves an injection design and a performance monitoring program.
