The applicant is proposing to install, operate and maintain an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility consisting of a 160' monopole (cell tower) with equipment structures and related improvements to provide facilities for multiple carriers (co-location). The project site will consist of a 60' x 60' leased area that is approximately 3,600 sf, which will be enclosed with a chain link fence. The applicant has also applied for a variance to increase the height from 60 feet to 160 feet for coverage and colocation ability.
