Document Description
The project site is currently zoned R4-1 and designated for Medium Residential Uses by the Hollywood Community Plan. The applicant proposes to legalize an after-the fact demolition of an existing single-family residence, and the construction of a new four-story, 18-unit apartment building with subterranean parking. The subterranean parking garage will contain 20 automobile parking spaces and 18 long-term bicycle parking spaces. The building will be 43-feet, 6-inches in height, with a floor area totaling 15,406 sf, or 2.93 FAR. Approximately 2,700 cubic yards of earth material will be exported from the project site. The subject property does not contain any trees.
