Document Description
The request includes a conditional Use Permit to allow the installation, use, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility (WTF) that includes 12 antennas divided into three sectors of four antennas per sector mounted on the rooftop of an existing 27-foot, 7-inch, three-story apartment building in the R3-1 Zone. The antennas will be screened to match the facade of the existing building. In addition to the antennas, four remote radio units and one surge suppressor will be mounted behind the antennas in each sector. Coax cables will be located on the rooftop behind the existing nine-inch parapet. Ancillary equipment will be located within a CMU wall enclosure on the ground floor. The wall will be eight feet in height and will be painted to match the existing enclosure. The applicant is also requesting approval to allow the WTF to exceed the maximum height by one-foot, five-inches.
