Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0242-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and game Code to the project Applicant, Lanshire Housing Partners, LLC. Project is limited to stream impacts associated with the Cascada Verde residential development project. The development project will construct multi-family buildings, driveways, parking, and recreation areas. The existing culvert under Alicante Road will be replaced with a larger culvert with a new headwall structure. A new stream crossing will be installed consisting of a double box culvert. A portion of the on-site stream will be impacted and will be replaced with retaining walls. The project will permanently impact up to 0.97 acre of riparian woodland and temporarily impact up to 0.21 acre of riparian woodland. Compensatory mitigation will consist of restoration of the 0.21 acre temporary impact area, creation of 0.12 acre of stream habitat on-site, enhancement and preservation of 0.41 acre of stream habitat on-site, and enhancement of 2.79 acres of stream habitat off-site.
