Document Description
The project includes a General Plan Amendment and Rezone to allow development of 113 multi-family condominium units and associated amenities on a 3.78-acre project site. Three-story structures would accommodate approximately 42 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 45 one-bedroom plus den/two-bath units, and 26 two-bedroom/two-bath units with access from Rancho Fanita Drive. Existing structures on-site would be demolished. A total of 211 on-site parking capacity is provided which includes 28 guest spaces. Recreational and landscaping amenities would be provided, including a dog run, a two-story recreational room, and a swimming pool. Earthwork would include 6,900 cubic yards of cut and 8,000 cubic yards of fill.
