Document Description
The proposed Project implements projects previously approved by the City of Ontario, consisting of construction of two replacement and two new bridges (Project) over the concrete-lined Cucamonga/Deer Creek flood control channels at Schaefer Avenue, Edison Avenue, Eucalyptus Avenue and Merrill Avenue. The San Bernardino County Flood Control District right-of-way defines the Project limits. Project operational impacts, growth inducing impacts and cumulative impacts were previously analyzed in The Ontario Plan (TOP) EIR and in the Addendum to TOP EIR for the City's Master Plan of Streets and Highways (MPSH). The bridges would be constructed consecutively and during two phases, timed to meet traffic demand resulting from implementation of TOP and the MPSH.
