Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of an Annexation Request into the city of Vista, a Zone Change, and a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide a 9.3-acre parcel into eight lots of varying sizes from 1.04 to 1.33 acres for a residential development with driveways off of Camino Largo; however, no homes are proposed to be built at this time. The proposed project involves the grading and construction of building pads, driveways, installation of wet and dry utilities, and street improvements on a 1,130-foot portion of Camino Largo and a 317-foot section of N. Santa Fe Avenue. Preliminary calculations of the overall mass grading of the site are estimated at 17,700 cubic yards (CY) of cut and 17,700 CY of fill, which would be balanced on the site. The project would be developed in two main phases; the first phase (site development) is anticipated to take two to three months, and the second (house construction) is unknown at this point.
