Document Description
The proposed Viewpoint School Tennis Courts and Parking Lots project (proposed project) includes the re-development of three sites (Peters, Brown and Castle Oak) that would become part of the school campus property. Improvements include installation of six tennis courts including an accessory building, additional campus parking in three areas, and the renovation of two existing residential structures, one to accommodate offices for school administration and the second to provide a primary residence to the school principal. The project would remove the Peters property building and appurtenant structures, redevelop the interior of the Castle Oaks property to accommodate the administrative offices, and update the Brown residence to accommodate the principal's primary residence.
