The proposed project will demolish two currently vacant buildings on the University of California, Riverside campus, the existing 61,251 sf Highlander Hall and the 8,242 sf Human Resources Building. The project site is located immediately west of Interstate 215/SR 60, south of University Avenue, and north of Everton Place. UCR Parking Lot 50 is located adjacent to the project site, and upon completion of the demolition, the project will construct additional surface parking within a reconfiguration of the existing Parking Lot 50.
