The proposed project at full build out could include the following: two hotel towers with 300 rooms each; a parking garage of 2,030 spaces; 21,000 new sf of gaming floor; an upscale dining facility; a destination restaurant; a spa facility; a fitness center; and an expanded outdoor area with 2 outdoor swimming pools. The project is proposed to be located on the Sycuan reservation adjacent to the existing Sycuan Casino and infrastructure.
