Provide a public trail connection from El Monte Rd to Lake Jennings Campground, involving construction of a parking area, trailhead and approximately two miles of multi-use trail for hiking, biking and equestrian users. Public access will be provided via a new access gate along el Monte Rd at the western terminus of the project site and via existing trails at Lake Jennings Campground at the eastern terminus of the project site.
