The project co-applicants are requesting approval from the City of Camarillo to change the land use designation for the site to approximately 19.5 acres of Medium Density Residential and approximately 3.2 acres of Commercial Mixed Use. The proposed project would involve the development of up to 309 multi-family residential units throughout the site along with up to 12,000 sf of commercial uses.
