Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a 93-unit multifamily residential project, including a minimum of 28 units for very low income households, and a minimum of 48 parking spaces on one podium parking level above grade. The project proposed includes the construction of a four-story, 41-foot tall building on the R4-1XL zoned lots, increasing to a seven-story, 77-foot tall building on the C2-1 zoned lots. The proposed project includes a minimum of 8,722 sf of open space. The total project size is approximately 94,508 sf of floor area in the Wilshire Community Plan Area, zoned C2-1 and R4-1XL, with a General Plan Designation of General Commercial and High Medium Residential, respectively. The project includes the demolition of one adult day care facility that totals approximately 9,715 sf, and requires the export of 1,200 cubic yards of dirt. The project proposes the removal of approximately 19 non-protected trees onsite.
