Document Description
The project proposed is the construction of a seven-story, 77-foot tall building with 93 residential units, including a minimum of 28 units for very low income households, and a minimum 94 parking spaces on two podium parking levels above grade. The proposed project includes a minimum of 12,002 sf of usable open space. The total project size is approximately 141,112 sf of floor area in the Wilshire Community Plan Area, zoned C2-1 and R4-1 with a General Plan Designation of General Commercial and High Medium Residential. The project includes the demolition of one adult day care facility that totals approximately 6,238 sf, and requires the export of 1,300 cubic yards of dirt. The project proposes the removal of nine non-protected trees onsite.
