Present Land Use
There will be no change in use as the purpose for which the land will be used once placed into trust will be for Indian housing, land consolidation and protection of the land to insure the land is integrated back into the Morongo Indian Reservation.
Johnny Joseph St. Marie, a married man, as his sole and separate property. The 20.02 acre parcel is situated adjacent to the checkerboard boundaries of the Morongo Indian Reservation. There is a single family residence currently located on the property which Mr. St. Marie plans on utilizing.
