The project involves restoration and enhancement of 1.424 acres of salt marsh habitat in Hal Brown Park. The project includes five main components at 5 sites within the Marsh: 1) Deck Removal and Pathway Restoration; 2) Inverted T restoration; 3) Berm planting; 4) Island planting; and 5) Inner Marsh planting. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0198-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
