Document Description
This Streambed Alteration Agreement is for L-191-Lowering Main MP 32.05. At a minimum, a CA Bay tree with its roots wrapped around the pipeline at MP 32.05 will be removed in the summer of 2015. If all necessary permits are acquired, pipeline lowering activities at MP 32.05 will also occur in the summer of 2015. At MP32.05, approx. 10 feet of L-191-1 is exposed, where it crosses an unnamed ephemeral tributary to Alhambra Creek. A new 76-foot-long segment of pipe will be installed approx. 5 feet east of the existing pipe, where it will be buried approx. 5 feet below the bottom of the ephemeral drainage. Approx. 0.58 acre of natural area (grasslands and riparian) will be temporarily disturbed during construction.
