Document Description
The San Jacinto Valley Well Property Identification and Evaluation Project will identify and evaluate parcels that may be acquired as potential sites for new potable groundwater wells in the San Jacinto Upper Pressure Management Zone. The project would identify potential properties, conduct pre-purchase evaluations that may include Phase 1 Environmental Assessments, and open escrow for up to five new properties. The project is strictly for gathering information that may lead to a future action that has not been approved. No construction of wells is proposed through this Project. However, the construction of any future wells on property acquired through this Project would require a separate CEQA analysis to be completed.
