Document Description
The 2060 Pressure Zone Storage Tank Siting Evaluation project (project) will identify and evaluate parcels that may be acquired as potential sites for a new potable water storage tank (tank) in the 2060 Pressure Zone. Sites to be evaluated as part of this project are located to the east of Perris Blvd., from the existing Casey Court Tank site in the north to just west of the Covey II Tank site in the south, as shown in Exhibit B. The project would identify potential properties and conduct preliminary surveys, Phase 1 Environmental Assessments, and geotechnical analysis. The project is strictly for gathering information that may lead to a future action that has not been approved. No construction of a tank is proposed through this project. However, the construction of a future tank on property acquired through this Project would require a separate CEQA analysis to be completed.
