Eastern Municipal Water District (District) proposes the evaluation of two parcels located northwest of the intersection of Rousse Road and Evans Road in the City of Menifee, for feasibility as a future site for a desalter well. The parcels are located near an existing transmission line for the District's existing Menifee and Perris I Desalters. The site evaluation will include a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.
