Project is limited to three existing stream diversions on South Fork Eel River for the purposes of providing domestic use to two family residences. The diversions consist of one well drawing South Fork Eel River underflow and one plastic and one steel cistern in the South Fork Eel River. only the plastic cistern will be used at a rate not to exceed 15 gallons per minute.
