Document Description
Fewer school aged children are residing in Monroe ES boudnary and continuing to provide high quality instructional programs to each student at Monroe has become a challenge. Also at Monroe, there are few opportunities for common lesson planning and grade group collaboration for teachers. Also, when schools are very small there are fewer options when circumstances arise and there is a need to provide a change in placement. Incorporating Monroe's boundary into Northcutt's is needed in order to guarantee the quality of educational programs for all students and the professional support of staff.
