Document Description
The project will build four zero-emission battery-electric buses at BYD, which is an existing, permitted facility that builds buses in Lancaster, CA. The project will also demonstrate these batter-electric buses in disadvantaged communities in the downtown Los Angeles area. The electric buses will be domonstrated as part of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation fleet. The domonsration will provide information that may lead tocommercialization of the technology.
