Document Description
Project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing 245 linear foot retaining wall with a new 245 linear foot retaining wall; removal 12 cubic yards of rip-rap and replacement of 12 cubic yards of rip rap for an existing 72 inch diameter pipe outfall structure; and installation of a new overflow bypass ditch along Mt. Diablo Creek on a1.3 acre site associated with a subdivision Project at Pleasant View Lane. The new bypass ditch is approx. 55 linear feet, 4 feet wide and will convey overflow from a nearby drainage system. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0024-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
