Document Description
The bathroom in the Bannister House at CA Citrus SHP, currently a ranger residence, is dilapidated and in need of repairs. The bathroom will need to be gutted and rebuilt. All fixtures and flooring will be removed, joists inspected and possibly replaced, and rotted subfloor replaced. Drains will be inspected and toilet flange replaced as necessary. The box around the current shower supply lines will be removed to install period correct plumbing for shower and the existing claw-foot tub refurbished. Tile floor in historically correct material and continue wainscoting around room. Reinstall toilet and cabinet. Install new period correct sink in order to maintain historical character.
