Document Description
The Project includes periodic removal of sediment, herbaceous vegetation, and tree saplings (diameter-at-breast-height less than 4 inches) from ditches within the 40 Acre community. The Project will not alter the footprint of the existing ditch system, and will allow water to flow continuously through the ditches at all times. Access to work areas will occur along the existing roadway, and no equipment shall operate within CFDW jurisdiction.
