Document Description
Replace, remove, and install five interpretive and wayfinding panels at Emerald Bay and D.L. Bliss State Parks to provide locational and directional information and greater understanding of cultural resources to park visitors. Work will require excavation of up to ten 8" diameter x 2' deep holes; filing holes with concrete, and install dual or single-post frames in the holes for the new panels.
