Minor alteration in the condition of land and vegetation that do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry purposes and is included as "resource management project", and a small habitat restoration not exceeding five acres in size to assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for plants, or wildlife and are included as "revegetation with native plants" and "habitat restoration or enhancement projects being undertaken with hand, rather than mechanized, labor" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
