Document Description
Drill up to 4 new test wells, 3 within the Pinewood Campground and 1 within the Surfwood Campground at MacKerricher State Park to locate and develop water supply well(s). Work will drill potential wells with a 10" diameter auger to a maximum 60 feet in depth, collect soil samples and spread approximately 20 cubic feet of spoils generated during drilling around each site; develop wells with surging, balling and pumping to clean, discharge approximately 500 gallons of water from each well to the ground surrounding the well site. Coilect water samples from each well for general content analysis and perform 24-hour drawdown tests to evaluate the drawdown, recovery and yield; during pump tests, discharge approximately 10,000 gallons of water at each well to landscaped areas or existing drainage courses adjacent to each well site that drain toward Lake Cleone. Produce a Water Well INstallation and Testing REport.
