Document Description
SANDAG will replace four wooden railroad bridges in the Los Penasquitos lagoon of Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. The equipment will be staged along the railroad tracks, using McGonigle Road as the access route. Two non-native stone pine trees encroach on the access and will sustain damage from the project so they will be removed.
