SWRCB as the Lead Agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The project involved construction of a 2nd ground water well suitable for potable water use at the wine tasting facility. Well #01 (a shallow surface water well) is located less than 200 feet from Dry Creek and is unsuitable for potable water use unless treated. Uptick Vineyard opted to drill Well #02 to replace Well #01 for their potable water use at the wine tasting facility. Well #02 was completed on April 22, 2015 and has a capacity of 12 gallons per minute. it will serve the existing winery tasting room.
