A request for the approval to reduce the required 20-foot front setback by 11 feet, 8 inches to allow for an 8 foot, 4 inch setback from the front property line for the construction of a sitting room deck on the upper level and to allow for a reduction of 8 feet, 8 inches for a setback of 11 feet-4 inches from the front property line to the proposed deck posts on the lower level.
