The applicant has requested a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 99-foot-tall monopine structure (i.e. a cell tower camouflaged to look like a pine tree) containing 8 antennas, an 18-foot by 18-foot equipment cabinet area; and one 30 kW diesel standby generator with a 132-gallon fuel tank. The proposed improvements would be located within a 40-foot by 40-foot lease area enclosed by a 6-foot-tall chain link fence on a 1.2-acre property. Access to the project site would be from Engineers Lane, a private roadway, through a proposed 100-foot long gravel driveway on the property.
