Document Description
The applicant has requested a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 92-foot tall monopine structure (i.e. a cell tower camouflaged to look like a pine tree) containing 6 antennas, an 18-foot by 18-foot equipment cabinet area; and one 30 kw diesel standby generator with a 132-gallon fuel tank. The proposed improvements would be located within a 50-foot by 50-foot lease area enclosed by a 10-foot-tall Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) screen wall on a 2.54-acre property. Access to the site would be from Lake Boulevard through a proposed 160-foot long driveway on the property.
