Document Description
Parcel Map to divide a 5.0-acre parcel into two parcels being 3.0 acres (Parcel 1) and 2.0 acres (Parcel 2) in size. Each of the parcels would be served by individual septic systems and private wells. Current development on the project site consists of one single-family dwelling under construction with a water well and septic system being installed; all of which would be located on Proposed Parcel 1. Proposed Parcel 2 would have an individual septic system and water well. Access to proposed Parcel 2 would be through a new encroachment from Emigrant Trail.
