Document Description
A Use Permit application no. PA-1500111 of Charles M. and Elizabeth B. Spenker to establish a creamery and associated goat dairy to make artisan cheeses, goat milk yogurt, and frozen yogurt. The dairy will contain a max of forty goats. The project includes the construction of a 900 sf animal barn with an attached animal yard and the construction of a 3,276 sf multipurpose building to include a wine and cheese manufacturing facility with an associated tasting room and retail sales area for wine, cheese, and yogurt, a commercial kitchen, a milking barn, and an animal pen.
