A Use Permit application for the establishment of a creamery and associated goat dairy to make artisan cheeses, goat milk yogurt, and frozen yogurt. The dairy will contain a maximum of forty goats. The project includes the construction of a 900 sf animal housing building with an attached animal yard and the construction of a 3,276 sf multipurpose building to include a visitor center, winery and cheese manufacturing facility with an associated tasting room and retail sales area for wine, cheese, and yogurt, a commercial kitchen, a milking barn, and an animal pen. There is an existing 2,400 sf building used as a winery and the winery will relocate to this new building. The existing 2,400 sf building will be converted into an agricultural storage building.
