CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0253-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lisa Wallace, Truckee River Watershed Council. the project is limited to work within Middle Martis Creek and an unnamed tributary to East Martis Creek in order to restore natural hydrologic function, improve water quality, and restore stream/wetland habitat along Middle Martis Creek.
