The proposed project includes a Tentative Tract Map (No. 8229), Design Review, Private Street, and Preliminary Grading Plan to facilitate development of 14 residential buildings containing 77 multi-family residential dwelling units on a vacant lot. Access to the residential buildings would be through a network of private streets with driveway connections to Stevenson Boulevard and Mission Boulevard.
