Document Description
In 2023, the Project Sponsor proposed modifications to the Samaritan Drive Project Area portion of the 2016 Project. Other than a reduction in size of one of the emergency standby diesel generators, no changes are proposed to the Samaritan Court Project Area. As noted above, the 2016 Project, as revised by these Proposed Modifications, is referred to as the Modified Project. Similar to the 2016 Project, the Modified Project would demolish the 12 existing single-story medical office buildings to develop the approximately 6.5-acre southern portion of the site at 2505 Samaritan Drive with two medical office buildings, one parking garage, and associated site improvements in Phases 3 and 4 (see Figure 4). The 2016 Project would also demolish the two-story medical office building on the northern portion of the Samaritan Drive Project Area and develop a replacement building of a similar size in Phase 5.
